These Terms of Service govern your use of nasdely.com and the services offered by Nasdely Architect of Style. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
- SERVICES
Nasdely Architect of Style provides personalized men’s grooming, haircutting, shaving, facial grooming, and image consulting services. Service descriptions on this website are provided for general information and may be updated when necessary.
- APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKING
Appointments are scheduled and managed through Booksy. An appointment is confirmed only after the client receives confirmation through the booking platform.
Additional conditions displayed through Booksy at the time of booking also apply. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed.
- PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices may vary depending on the selected service, the client’s needs, service duration, or additional services requested. The applicable price will be displayed or confirmed during the booking process.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the selected service, price, date, and time before confirming an appointment.
- CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, AND REFUNDS
All appointments are subject to our Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable, subject to the conditions stated in our cancellation policy.
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate information and disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, scalp conditions, medications, or other information that may affect the safe performance of a service.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when it cannot be performed safely or appropriately. A parent or legal guardian may be required to authorize services for a minor.
- RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Services and image recommendations are personalized, and individual results may vary. Recommendations relating to grooming, personal image, color, style, or products are professional guidance and do not constitute medical advice.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website may include links to third-party platforms, including Booksy. Nasdely Architect of Style does not control the availability, security, privacy practices, or technical performance of third-party websites. Clients should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using those services.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Nasdely Architect of Style name, logo, photographs, written content, service descriptions, graphics, and other original website materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use its content for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
